The hotel is nice backing to the river. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice fire to sit by the river at the end of a day. Breakfast could use some hot protein like, egg, sauage, or bacon. It does have hard boiled eggs in the fridge and sausage gravy to go with biscuit. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.

Great place. Walkable to the beach with kids. If you go over one block you can walk shops/stores all the way to the beach. Lots of great restaurant options. Balcony overlooking the river is very pretty! Fireplaces each evening are a nice touch. Lots of options at breakfast time. Kids had a good time in the pool.
