This hotel was quite reasonable and satisfactory but nothing exceptional or over the top. The room itself was quite average, nothing bad, nothing great. The tea kettle in my room was a bit difficult to use, so I eventually gave up (though perhaps this is the fault of my own). The room was fairly clean and the air conditioner was easy to function.
The wifi was alright. It worked fairly well, but I had some trouble accessing it at times.
The staff were generally courteous and helpful. They appeared to speak English well also.
The food was also pretty good and fairly reasonably priced for a hotel of this status. I had the breakfast buffet daily. The buffet had a fair selection of Japanese and western food. I also ordered room service one evening, which was also quite tasty.
Location is a ten to twenty minute walk from popular food and nightlife places. It is also right near Hamamatsu Castle and its accompanying park.
All in all, I would stay here again. It isn't the best place I have ever stayed in, but for a short business trip it or traveler trip, I think it definitely does the job.
