Bad Customer Service
My reservation was lost. My name was not on the list in the window when I went to the hotel to check what room I was in all the other customers who had a room that night their name was on the window. We ended up going to another hotel and getting a room otherwise we’d be sleeping in the car. I had called Hotels.com, but they were absolutely no help. They told me to start checking the doors and the other rooms and seeing if one was empty, my husband walked in on it was terrible so yes, we had to get a room at another hotel for the night. The next day we went back, went to the hotel and asked them what happened to our reservation? They said we weren’t in the system and they had no room for us. They were full so we went back and called Hotels.com again Ended up talking to three different sets of people. The first two sets of people hung up on us, the third person actually helped us. They called the hotel and they found our reservation which I could put in, but I don’t know who has another name. They have the wrong persons name on the window and that’s why we didn’t get our room. It was a nightmare. The whole trip was ruined, even though it was supposed to be my Mother’s Day gift from my husband. The whole trip was ruined. We got our room from them for that night, but we never did get compensated on having to rent another place previous night. I will never stay at that hotel again and I’ll never get a room from Hotels.com again closing my account. Goodbye.
