Check-in was easy. The pool is great. The Caliope restaurant, their bar tender Mike, and manager Ernesto made us feel so welcome and the drinks were great. The lamb samosas, prawns, and mushroom risotto were excellent. We didn’t like the food from La Brasserie, it wasn’t seasoned well and the waitress ignored us all night. The hotel is in a walkable area and about 15-20 minutes from Old Town. I would recommend this hotel as it is beautiful and the service is friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely return.

This is a modern hotel. Our room was large, with a walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. It's convenient to walk to several restaurants. The pool is fabulous and the staff was very helpful with any questions. Ivan helped set up tours and was so friendly and personable. We looked at several hotels while we were there and were so happy that we chose The Sortis. We highly recommend it!
