Could not sleep - Bad Mattresses
The apartment was clean but the actual beds were disgusting . They were like sleeping on a plank of wood . If one cannot sleep then the you have a terribble night . Paying good money to sleep on a hard piece of wood . This hotel needs to invest in comfortablw beds otherwise they should close down

Well worth it.
Our stay was only an overnight stay from our trip overseas. We arrived late evening and left early the next morning, and hence being tired we could not make a good judgment. However, the unite was clean, the facilities were good, and we had a comfortable night's sleep. Our book in was easy and the staff were helpful and very friendly, and the parking facilities were good..

I was disappointed that it was not the cabana beach hotel. Advertisement is misleading. Other than that, place is clean comfortable, excellent service. Would have been nice to have a restaurant on site, and it’s a bit of a walk to go to the beach. Limited sea views as well from apartment. Lovely activities for children, resort is pleasant, clean, quality of bedding and utilities in suite are excellent. Lovely spacious apartment

Was turned away as you could not find my booking. The receptionist was rude. Manager was alseep. I will never book this property again.

We’ve stayed in many places and have never had such bad experience. Should have known upon arrival as we had to sign 2 disclaimers regarding not noise. Needless to say, the noise from guest partying in the pool at 10pm - shouting and poor behaviour fuelled by alcohol is the reason for the disclaimer . Hotel staff were called and could not manage the groups. After hours of hoping it would stop we left the hotel and went find other accommodation. To add further insult - At this point reception has shut and we could not check out. Returned the key the following day and raising issues again the response was yes many guesses complained?!!!!! Do not stay here at any cost - as it’s also not the cheapest we did not only loose a day off our holiday but also money paid. Not happy.

Our stay at UC was excellent - reception was extremely accomodating as we move 3 to 3 different units during our stay and we were asked to stay in the unit unit the next one was ready......great service ...loved it

Outdated shabby and management poor. Accommodation tiny, miles from any facilities. If it’s a dated Butlins experience you are after then this is your place. Staff realise the place is tacky and are very nice but ordered to follow management orders

It was a great trip, the garden and pool area was great. Only down side for me was no back up generator and had to make reservations to use the jacuzzi.
