From Valet greeting to departure - we could not be more pleased. Short walk to Guardians games. Fresh delicious dining options. Several bars - Vault bar in basement is historic with former bank vault doors - must see Eden bar on 12th floor has outdoor City views and covered /indoor spaces. Friendly attentive staff. Specialty drinks. Area shopping & restaurants we walk to while feeling safe. We sleep well .. Looking forward to our return!

Overall, the hotel was good. There were some cleanliness issues with the room. The sofa had brown stains along with the draperies. The bathroom had white towel strings on the glass, and the garbage from the previous occupant was not emptied. however, the staff was incredibly inviting and helpful.
