Identity Unsafe Hotel!!!!!
My absolute biggest complaint. I was not the person who checked in. My sister checked. The hotel did not check ID. Did not check to see if the credit card used matched. There was absolutely no safety to my identity. When I brought it up I was told oh she had the confirmation number. ANYONE CAN GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Not happy

Mice and bad customer service
Mice in the lobby. Terrible customer service. We called down to the front desk and house keeping multiple times with no answer. We asked for extra blankets and they were delivered 2 hours later at 10pm, the gentlemen knocked on the door like he was trying to break the door down. Scared all of the kids.

Super clean! Rooms are huge with outstanding-comfortable mattresses and sofas! We Love the simple extras like shoe shelf in the large closet, Bluetooth touch hookup in bathroom to play music/podcasts while you handle personal hygiene activities, and door free huge shower! My two teens and I had a fantastic stay and wish we had time to stay longer!

This hotel had a flood and instead of putting us on a floor that was flooded out. The floor smelled so bad. The shower was not right it did not have a door to close so the water went everywhere. The molding was off the wall. It was just bad. The website offered breakfast and they did not have breakfast. They did not tell you about the $20.00 patrking fee. They did not tell you about the accidental fee. They did not tell you that they charge you to breath. So a refund would be appreciation.

We had requested either connecting rooms or rooms next to each other. We ended up with two very different floors, which was very frustrating. Given that we were a family with children, but needed two rooms. I was very disappointed in that. It looks like the hotel is undergoing renovations. Other than that, everything is really perfectly fine with the hotel.

Great hotel walkable to train and food.
Hotel rooms are nice. Very quiet. Pool looked good, and hot tub was ok. Could have been hotter. Dog friendly hotel, fee is a bit high per night, had no issues tho. Our floor was being renovated but room was great. Staff were very nice. Very walkable area of town and very close to train station to DC. Would definitely stay here again.
