Great place to stay near glacier park. We stayed in a lodge room. Comfortable, clean room, nice deck and common area to sit at and relax at the lodge.

2/10 Poor

At check-in I was the only one there. Stood there for 15 minutes while the check-in person was on the phone with a potential customer who was asking a lot of questions. She could have ended the call much sooner. Water pipe broke while we were at an activity. Had to come back and change cabins. "Mike" was supposed to talk to us but never did. Now I have a pending bill on my credit card that is way over our contracted amount. I called, and the person said I have to screenshot my bill and email "Carly". They did not offer an apology or any token for our inconvenience and our loss of time in the park. Very disappointed in the level of service for the level of expense at an otherwise nice cabin. Things happen, I get that, but they made no attempt to make it right.

Parklike Setting
Great location for access to Glacier Park. Rented the two story unit with two bedrooms and two baths which was perfect for us as grandparents and our family with our grandkids. Unit was very clean. Would have helped to have a few more plates, silverware and cooking utensils, especially another rack in the oven. Very privately location with lots of green space for the kids to explore ponds, open lawns, volleyball court (sand) and to just run and burn off energy!

6/10 Good

Enjoyed our first two nights at GNP at this lodge. No restaurant on the property. We had 2 chairs and a table outside that we enjoyed night 1. Night 2, other people took all the chairs and held their own little party. Not pleased about that.

6/10 Good

The lodge was nice in appearance. We stayed 3 nights. For the price, we expected at least one day of service for clean towels and emptying trash, etc. There are no blackout curtains so the room stays light until sunset which was around 10pm. Also you can hear every sound outside and from the other rooms. We tried to contact the front desk a few times but was met with the answering service so we had to drive to the office to speak to someone in person. We did the whitewater rafting trip from the same company and it was really great! I would consider staying at another location but take the rafting trip. We were also charged a daily Historical Preservation fee when we checked out that was never mentioned by the lodge.

Great stay
I loved Paddle Ridge! The hotel was easy to find and close to Glacier National Park. My only real complaint is that there were no blackout curtains and the sunrise in the summer is early.
