We were welcomed by a staff member. She showed us the apartment, asked for the city tax payment and even sold us the city tour tickets. The apartment was on the top of the building. It was not very hot, so we had a good time on a rooftop apartment, but on hot days, it might be complicated. Fortunately A/C was for free, though it's strange you have to pay for it.
There were some small issues, but quickly solved by the staff. Only thing negative: the towels had a odour of being stored humid.
We'd recommend this place, but be sure you have some extra towels with you.
