Deactivated Key Card Early; Wanted to Paint
My biggest complaint is my room card was deactivated before 11 a.m., which is the reported checkout time. It was 10:38 a.m. About 10:30 a.m., an employee had seen me leaving the room with my suitcase and asked whether I was checking out. I said, "Eventually." I didn't think I needed to tell him I was making multiple trips. My daughter had to let me in, and she said a man had already come into the room. The day before, a man knocked, surprised I answered the door. He said he wanted to do touchup painting. He left. I'm thinking, "Where?" Where would he have painted, and would it be near my belongings? Pancake machine - pancakes didn't seem quite done enough. Otherwise, breakfast is good, and the server was wonderful. Fireplace is on during breakfast and a bit later... very nice to sit there.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern and the staff were very pleasant & helpful. The staff turned on the fire place so we could get a photo with our grandchildren. The location is great and so beautiful! We would definitely come back. I accidentally left a bag & the staff mailed it to me! I'm so thankful. Perfect hotel especially if you're doing the Polar Express train ride

Great location for relaxing by the river.
It was a great location along the river albeit a bit of a head scratcher getting there. Not that it was hard to find but it seemed to be in an industrial park area next to a rail line and temporary FEMA warehouse location. Other than that, once you got on property, it was a great location listening to the river from the room's balcony or one of the decks along the river. Breakfast was very nice and changed slightly each day and fresh choices were available. The attendant was very pleasant and kept the area clean and organized. Our second floor corner room was very large with lots of room equipped with a microwave and a larger dorm sized fridge. The sink around the underside of the bowl in the bathroom could use a bit if scrubbing under the rim and possibly a new bead of fresh silicone caulk but otherwise a lovely room. When we return we will likely stay again.

The hotel is situated in a lovely place by the river. We had a riverside room w/a balcony and listening to the river while sitting on the balcony was very relaxing. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Hot and cold options were available for beakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We plan to return and recommend this establishment.

I was Charged double for a room that was completely different from the room i booked! No one make any effort to fix this problem or make it right!
