Yay for Yungaburra!
We loved it at the Yungaburra Park Motel - charming inside and out. Very well equipped and located. A short walk to cafes, restaurants, hotels and village services. Yungaburra has a great vibe - rustic charm, art ambience, something for everyone, all ages. And it is only a short drive to lakes and tableland attractions.

This property is on the main road yet very quiet at night - hard to hear any road noise - on-site parking - considerate extra touches such as umbrellas put out on a rainy day for guests - clean fresh linen - lovely blankets for cooler nights - plenty of in room touches such as crockery - toaster - microwave - fridge - good walk in shower - Decent sized wardrobe for clothes - right next to a great Swiss restaurant and pizzeria - and right next door on the other side is the easy access to the famous Yungaburra Saturday markets - easy online check in and out -

I have no idea how this hotel managed to get a rating of 9.0. When I was on the phone with my children, they asked if I was in prison. That's exactly how it looks. Everything feels grimy and outdated. The motel is run-down and desperately needs renovation. The brown carpet is disgusting, and I wouldn't dream of walking on it barefoot. The pinkish furniture is unappealing and adds to the overall uninviting atmosphere. You really don’t want to spend any time in this motel. The check-in experience was unfriendly, and I felt extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I left a day earlier than planned.
