Clean beach type hotel

The property looks newly renovated and is very clean and without wear inside the rooms. The front desk was professional and efficient in getting us checked in. The a/c blew really cold on the bed next to it and there wasnt a blanket just sheets and a duvee. The room could also use a second waste bin although there was a larger waste recepticle in the walk way. Its about a 5 min drive to downtown Pismo Beach and about a 15 min walk to the Oceano beach. There is a market next door which is very convenient as well. If your main goal is to spend the day at the beach you can't beat this for the price and location.

Great service, renovated property

We were so impressed by the service at this property. I have bad asthma and also had to arrive very late, so I contacted them about both before booking. They were fantastic through the whole process including when we learned our arrival would be even later, great when we checked in, and then giving us a little extra time to check out. Saved the day! The property also felt clean and newly remodeled. And I appreciated the shower toiletry dispensers vs tiny bottles. We would definitely stay again (and hopefully much earlier)!

The place is nice and clean newly renovated. Walking distance to the beach .Dog friendly and there is a park nearby you can take your dog. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

Check in was a breeze with Josh. They’ve done a great job remodeling very comfortable mattress, but the pillows were too soft. It was quiet at night, but road traffic woke me up in the morning because our room was in the front overall it was a great experience.
