When I checked in the girl at the front was not friendly. Not sure who the guy was with her, but she seemed very friendly towards him. She had little conversation with me. Went to my room only to find that wasn’t the one I reserved and it was a handicap one. Note I’m not handicapped in any way. I went back to the desk and pushed the button for assistance twice. No one came. But you heard her talking in a room down the hall. Another lady walked in to check in and asked if I had pushed the button I said yes twice. She pushed it as well. That guy that was with her earlier, walked in and asked if we’ve been helped we said no. He offered to go get her. She again wasn’t not happy to wait on us. I explained this isn’t the room I reserved. She said yea I had to move you because the one I reserved wasn’t clean. Oh I wasn’t happy but her lack of respect and communication I just walked off. She had no intentions of correcting anything, her lack of customer service skills. Killed two spiders in the bathroom. There was blood splatter on the bathroom wall. And who she put above me were kids jumping off the bed onto the floor for two nights straight until 1 am. This is by far one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. No staff was friendly even the ones cleaning, they were leaning up against the wall playing on their phone that next morning. I told my family about what happened and asked if I complained, I said no, you expected me to complain to her. Save your money and go somewhere else.
