I would not recommend staying here due to the noise from the airport, the outdated rooms and the poor management, with the management being the main reason.
My wife and I checked in. We had booked a one bedroom. They had none left when we checked in. The front desk staff joyfully said that we had been upgraded. We were pleased.
We spent the next day on a day trip to Khasab and were gone until 8:00 PM. We could have been gone longer, but we wanted to change before dinner.
When we got back to the hotel, we had been locked out of the room. It turns out that they had rented our “upgraded” room to someone else and needed us to move. Not at our convenience, or the next morning, but right then. They had our cell phone number, but did not bother calling.
So we wasted a chunk of our evening packing, moving and unpacking. The management did not seem to understand why this was annoying, or maybe they just did not care. They were willing to sacrifice a guest’s vacation time if it meant a few more dollars for them.
The rooms were outdated. Our phone in the bathroom had wires hanging out. The “kitchenette” is a mini fridge and a two burner hot plate.
This hotel was the low point of our vacation to Dubai. You would do better staying elsewhere.
