残念ながら、当サイトにて予約したにもかかわらず現地フロントにて「予約を承っていない。また満室でもあるので、宿泊できない」旨の回答でした。 私も「そんなはずはない。エクスペディアにて予約が完了している」旨エクスペディアのHP画面をフロントに見せて何度も説明しましたが、全く取り合ってもらえませんでした。仕方なく諦めましたが夜11時過ぎで他を探すのに苦労しました。 一体どういうことなのでしょうか？ さすがに今後の当サイトでの予約の手配は遠慮せざるを得ません。 なお、フロントの女性の応対は最悪でした。他の中国人客とこぞって「この人は日本人だから」と中国語で繰り返し揶揄し、あしらわれました（私にもその程度の中国語は分かります）。 このような応対なら、仮に次回当地に訪問しても、日本人の当ホテルの予約の手配は避けた方が良いのではないかと私は思いました。 以上
