Nice hotel in a spectacular location
We had the room at the top of the hotel which was up a flight of stairs after the lift got to the top. It was stunning. A small totally private rooftop patio gave us 270 degree views over the awesome scenery and the old town. A small window the other side looked down through the valley to the new town. Breathtaking! Excellent conversion of a heritage (I assume) building. Our only problem was we didn't stay long enough.

perfect location--minutes from Plaza Mayor by walking. Hotel is old and so were the furniture and facilities but the room is relatively large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We need to leave at 7:30 am while the breakfast starts at 8:00. The staff prepared two sandwiches with bottled orange juice and water in a bag for us to take--very nice indeed.

Not bad for just a couple of nights. The hotel is centrally located, which is a plus. However, if you're looking for comfort this is not the place. Bed/pillows are super hard. Internet didn't work well. And ac didn't cool down the room well. But overall a good place for the price.

Creo que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas, como mucho 3 estrellas. El hotel en general no está bien cuidado, las paredes necesitan una mano urgente de pintura, se nota que no se renovado en muchos años. El aislamiento acústico es nulo, parece que las personas de la habitación de al lado están en tu baño. En nuestro caso, la cisterna del baño estaba rota y tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a mitad de la noche. Sí es cierto que nos dieron esta opción sin problema, pero tuvimos que dormir en una habitación de menor categoría y, por tanto, de menor precio. Nadie nos ofreció ningún reembolso por las molestias y por pasarnos a una habitación peor.

Muy bien en general con algún pero
Hotel muy bien situado, en el centro de Cuenca, las zonas comunes están muy bien, la habitación estaba limpia y las camas de las mas cómodas que he dormido en un hotel, la única pega fue la falta de mantenimiento de nuestra habitación, imagino que no será lo normal en el hotel. Las persianas de la ventana solo bajaba hasta la mitad y entraba sol desde el amanecer había algun otro detalle que denota el paso del tiempo por estar roto o desgastado. Pero en general ha sido buena experiencia, lo mejor fue las vistas de la habitación, impresionantes.
