Very well located if interested in the Covent Garden area, the West End and the Theater District.
Bedroom – the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were fairly flat. Too thin to use one, but too much if using two. Adequate storage space, but all in an in-wall cabinet accessible by one person at a time. No chair or other storage space in the room.
Living area – Chairs and a small round dining table. Chairs were fine, but uncomfortable after sitting for a while. The sofa opened out into a bed, but it was too much trouble to open and close it every time, so it was left configured as a bed, eliminating valuable seating space. There is ZERO storage or functional space for a person sleeping on the sofa bed.
Bathroom – Small, but not too bad. The towel warmer was a welcome touch remember to turn it on). The shower is small and provides a weak water flow. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE SHOWER FLOOR. It is so slick when wet that it is nothing but a fall hazard.
We arrived more than two hours later than expected, and it was quite chilly, rainy and breezy. It had been difficult to get any Internet connection prior to arrival, so I didn’t have the promised email instructions.
We were sick, tired & exposed to the elements with nowhere to go for shelter or answers. A helpful manager at nearby Bill’s restaurant, helped me call and connect with a person at Cove. Now armed with the required codes, I made the trek to the office to retrieve the key. We saw others experiencing the same problems.
