The guy who checked us in was great! Very friendly and gave us recommendations on where to go to eat. We arrived pretty early and he checked us in and let us park even though we couldn’t go to our room for a few hours. Overall good experience !

Pool was across a busy street. Our lodging was clean, but in a house across the street from the rest of the motel units. It ws like being in an apartment house.

As I read in another review, we also were across the street from the picture. We were not near the pool. The room was nice and clean. They should update the mattresses and go with queen size beds rather than just double. But overall and compared to other places it was fine. We were there to attend a wedding.

Our beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. The owner Patti helped us immediately when we had a bit of trouble with the TV. (We are older, tech challenged!) The hotel is located just a 12 minute walk to the Old Orchard Beach amusement area, where there are rides and food galore. I think the place is slowly getting a makeover with the new owners, and with a little paint and leaf blowing the porches, the outside will look as nice as the inside!

Room was horrible, no lamp just a shade, blinds didn’t cover the window, tv didn’t work & the man that checked us in was so rude, told us if we were expecting the Hilton..”this ain’t it”!

Parking is very tight, and the tiny pool is located on the other side of the road and shared by another property (Marvin Gardens) owned by the same people/company. No one was in the office when we arrived around 6PM and they just left the key to the room in the door, which is more like a bedroom in a shared home with its own private bathroom attached (The shower was very nice though).

This place was disgusting. There were cobwebs everywhere on inside the property and the amount of bugs we had to kill was disgusting. There was an infestation of spiders all over the bathroom. If this were my house i would have called an exterminator. I washed this property more then my house the 2 nights i was there. Would not recommend staying here.

I did not realize the front desk closed at 6:00 pm when I booked the reservation but they were nice enough to work with me to arrange for late check in. That said, the directions to the room were not clear (it was inside an unmarked building), there were no towels for the shower, and blinds to window at street level did not fully pull down over window.

Noisy. Was put in the room next to the loud slamming exit door. Nothing had been done about echo. Bed was broken and quiet literally caved in. Toilet paper roll holder was broken. Could feel sand in the bed and I hadnt been to the beach.

Hole in floor, bathroom and porch. No mirror in bath or any place. Could not shave. No sink in bathroom. Wash in the sink. No shade in kitchen window, could see right bathroom. Outlines were lose,fan, air conditioning,and refrigerator, in same plug. Not to safe.
