Wauw what I disappointment . When I took a look to the devies I was expecting everything but not a cold empty hotel without any emotion or warmth. It was like a Turkish hotel in Denmark everything marble white and cool lights in the room white white and white . Food was bad and breakfast was even worse

Fine average hotel
The service is fine and the staff is friendly. The room had carpets with LOTS of stains. Probably clean but looked unsanitary. The rest was well kept. When looking at the customers, mostly business people and craftsmen, it is odd that breakfast is not served until 7 am. That is way too late for most of the weekday clientel, including myself.

overall the hotel and the staff are very good. The surrounding area does not have any grocery store nearby. you will need to depend on the public bus to get to the nearest train stop.

Check in was easy. Was charged for 500DKK warranty at check in that I never seen back. I got room 101, was clean and nice but the shower flooded the room. Room service forgot to bring all the ordered stuff. Staff at reception was missing at the time off check out and when found someone to talk to they were all like “just leave” .

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. The staff are great and the included breakfasts very satisfying. There’s no a/c, so it might get a bit warm in summer. You can open the window though, although being so close to the railway line you’ll need to close it for soundproofed sleeping. This hotel best suits people who have a car, as it’s about a 20 minute walk to the closest train station (Glostrup). There’s a nice restaurant in the hotel too, although no other dining close by. The surrounding uses are primarily commercial/industrial in nature. Certainly a cheaper alternative to staying in central Copenhagen.

Bad hotel, bad service! Not worth your money.
I wouldn’t stay here again, just based on my experience. Got in late to hotel and through the glass the receptionist kept me waiting whilst he was on the phone! No need for that! Carpet in Rooms was discoloured, right side of bed wasn’t changed and smelt like men’s aftershave or cologne on the pillow. Tried to order room service with a discount code and it didn’t work, this is false advertising, they asked me to come to the bar to order and pay! This goes against room service no? So not only was this false advertising I had to get out my pyjamas to get my food. I left my room the next day for room service to turn down the bed. I was gone 5 hours this was not done. The orange juice ran out at breakfast and it seems if you’re not up at breakfast for 7am on the dot you miss out on the good stuff. They stop replenishing at about 8:30, though it’s open till 10am. This was disappointing. To add insult to injury all the chocolate bars were expired in the minibar and even the bottle of water. I can’t tell you what to do, but my experience was horrible! Let’s hope I get my deposit back.
