The pool was empty, there was hair in the bed, the floor was untouchable, if i took a shower i would have worn flip flops, there was quite a smell as well. Questionable people around. You could stay there if you had to but not recommend with kids. I reccomend to bring your own bedding if you decide to do this. Renovation would be a good idea.

The property photographs include an outdoor swimming pool. However the pool was out of service. When I asked the front desk how long it had been out of service, he said about a year. I booked a hotel with a pool, and that is false advertising. I am extremely s with that misrepresentation. The rooms were clean but old/stained carpet, fixtures etc. however I expected that given he price. The pool issue is another matter entirely.

Tolerable
The bed was very hard. To get to the office they had to buzz you in, that seemed a little sketchy.

The price per night very low, so my expectations were similarly low, and I won't complain about lacking amenities. However, when I left I had over 130 bed bug bites over my back, arms, and neck. I looked like a spotted monster. Unfortunately they can take a few days to show up, so they didn't start appearing until the last day of my stay or I would have said something. I've stayed in countless hotels ranging from $35 to $600+ a night, and I've never had bedbugs until this one. My keycard quit working midway through my stay, and instead of getting me a new one or resolving the issue, I had to ring the buzzer at the front desk and have someone let me in my room every time. Then, at 11pm the night before checkout I was given a new keycard, when it didn't even matter anymore. There is WiFi, but was told it was so slow that it wasn't even worth signing in to. As for positives, the bed and pillows were comfortable, despite the heinous bedbugs. The box springs were bloodstained, but you sleep on the mattress, not the box springs, so I guess it was fine? There was a newer TV as well as cable, so that was nice. If you're looking for a cheap place that you only need for a few hours, you've found it. If you're staying a week or so I'd recommend elsewhere. Although it appeared that there are long-term residents there as well. Would I stay again? No. I'd gladly not be so cheap and pay more to stay at somewhere nicer. Did it meet my expectations for the price point? Yes, minus the bedbugs.

Close to town
Didn't make up the room or give fresh towels and take out the trash. The only time I saw any hotel staff was at check-in or checkout

No pets! Terrible management.
I selected this motel because I needed accommodations that allowed dogs. When I arrived, the man at the counter advised no dogs were allowed, so I said his site said it did and I need to cancel my reservation if that was the case. He said he would allow the dog if I paid a $10 per day fee in cash. When I advised I didn’t have cash he took my debit card. I wasn’t comfortable with situation and told him I wanted to cancel my stay. He argued and wouldn’t return my debit card. I had to get very stern and the confrontation became heated before he would return it. Very awkward and unprofessional!

Great Value
Cute little place. It reminded me of staying the summer with my grandparents at their farm. My room was in the center of the court, my daughter and son-in-law were closer to the street but it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The towels were soft.

The staff was the saving grace
The room was clean to the eye and showed no obvious infestation evidence but about halfway through my stay the bites started showing up on my hands and shoulders. The lock stopped working the first night we were there. The hot water got stuck in the on position and they left to rom door open in the freezing cold and brought a strange man in there to look at it AT MIDNIGHT without any explanation. The sheets had cigarette burns. It was a non-smoking room but next to a smoking room that was occupied and the smell came through the walls. The neighbors were up all night carrying on and the office refused to ask them to be quiet because they were extended stay occupants. Bad experience all around.

2/10 Poor

The room was reasonably clean but everything was old & very shabby.....the sheets & pillowcases, towels & wash cloths, curtains, chair. The place needs some serious updating/redecorating. The sink & bathtub were old & stained. TV service was good. Pillows very flat.
