Location is fantastic but sewerage problem so bad odour in the apartment specially the bathroom is almost unbearable. Phone in living room is not functioning so can’t connect to reception if in need of help and wifi does not work at all despite changing to another room

Checked in and we had the booked in the residence's which according to the hotel are privately owned suites that are given to the hotel to rent out. As soon as we got there, we realized that the property was quite dirty. With stains on all furniture, dirty bathrooms, and beds that give you a beating all night. Tried calling the front desk with no answer. Stayed one night but will it be back. Hope fully Expedia can do something about what we paid cause this was not an ok stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Dorsett Residences in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very kind and helpful and the property itself was beautiful. The amenities were wonderful. The views were great. The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. When we arrived to check in, we were told our booking was cancelled! It took 3 days to sort it out! Had to pay for the first nights accommodation as they couldn’t find the booking. Good price performance in Bukit Bintang. Clean, comfortable, and good location (just a short, slightly uphill walk and you're at Pavilion Mall). One note, the view of the Towers from the pool on most websites is no longer - new buildings obscure much of, but not all, the view. Still nice pool just not as good of a view. Only downside was front desk staff was zero help getting a taxi when we were leaving - just said call Grab, which we had already done. No list of taxi companies or suggestions on where there might be a taxi stand. The man just said, "well, they sometimes drive by."
