Excellent location for the Barcelona vibe. Our hosts, Viktor and Pablo were always available and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are traveling with your wife and two teenage girls!

The property did not look like the actual apartment listed. It was smaller w/o a balcony, but that was not the problem. First of all, it was not easy finding which apartment was ours as there is no one working on the weekends. Called and got a hold of a woman who did not know how the keys listed with the number worked. She thought the number was the floor and it was actually the apartment number. But luckily I was able to get a hold of Victor who straightened it out and we were able to get inside the apartment. As far as amenities go, it was a disaster. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the apartment when we checked in for four adults and 4days. I asked for a few more rolls which I was told would be delivered in the morning but they were not. We had to go find some on our own and in that neighborhood there are really no markets. It’s very high end so we ended up having to buy tissue paper. The TV never turned on so we did not have that and the safe in the closet did not work either so we could not lock up our valuables and had to hide them. There wasn’t any housekeeping services even for a four day stay so we had the same towels as well with no wash cloths. I tried calling and sending a few emails but they did not answer the phone and did not reply to my emails after the initial one regarding toilet paper. There was an older man as a doorman but we only saw him one time and was of no help. Very Disappointed! Great area but would not stay at Bonavista again.

La ubicación es fantástica y las vistas desde el apartamento espectaculares. La cama nos resultó muy cómoda. Está muy bien equipado en cuanto a vajilla y batería de cocina aunque las sartenes estaban un poco deterioradas. Los muebles del apartamento necesitan un repaso. Algunas visagras estaban sueltas y el zócalo inferior de los muebles de cocina también. La secadora no funcionaba y tampoco el secador de toallas del baño.

I would never stay there again... welcome was great. They arranged for a fee for a driver to pick us up from the airport. Well welcomed us into the unit. However, the AC was not working well. We asked for a fan to at least help with the heat. The bed was so uncomfortable and the bedroom was so hot that we ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room. On the second day when we came back from our day activity to the hotel we noticed they entered our appartment without letting us know. At the middle of the night their electric cutron started closing the cutron by itself. Very uncomfortable place to stay.

MAGNÍFICA VISTA !! en una ubicación privilegiada.
El departamento es pequeño pero tiene todo: kitchenette, horno, cafetera, menage, lavarropas, televisión de más de 40 pulgadas. El wi- fi muy rápido y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. LA VISTA ES MAGNÍFICA, EXCEPCIONAL!!! y la azotea muy disfrutable con reposera, amplia mesa para comer afuera y toldo para sombra. Sólo por la vista ya le daría 10 puntos. El Paseo de Gracia es una zona muy linda, con una arquitectura maravillosa y en él están los locales comerciales de los grandes diseñadores de moda, Hay varios lugares para desayunar y comer en el entorno. Hay minimercados a no más de 150 metros. Muy recomendable y muy felices por la elección.
