The condo was in a terrible condition. The walls are dirty with some hole, Toilet doesn't flush unless you wait 15 minutes, carpet is torn and filthy, chairs and soft were dirty. The owners were advised, said that they would send housekeeping, then when they wanted to send them, we were out. I had property manager come and take pictures; his comment was ''we will have to shut unit down and force owners to change carpet, furniture and repaint''. On another note, you sometimes have to wait 15 minutes for an elevator, and chairs are not available at pool unless you go at 8:30 am. The cherry on the cake is that Hyde resort takes a $250 deposit to make sure we don't damage the property, and it gets reimbursed 7 to 10 working days after you check out. What a scam!
