My review after one week stay...
I stayed at Villas Nicolas for a week so these are my observations. Pros: -Quiet and adults only -Location right on the main road -Large units with balcony and kitchen -Possibility to see wildlife like monkeys sloth and macaws from balcony Cons: -I paid for a ocean view but it isn't as depicted online. Its a partial view with most of it obscure by the forest. -Comes with a kitchen but no tea or coffee provided -Unit is very dated and in need of a reno. Our door lock knob didn't even lock unless the key was used to lock and unlock. -I understand we are in the forest but the unit is full of insects, bathroom and kitchen had tons and found some on the bed as well. -Breakfast is basic with 2 options only. Rice, eggs and fruits or 2 small pancakes. -Booked a queen bed but got 2 double beds. Bed was loud and wood frame made a lot of noise

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable, with a balcony and amazing view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast option was great, you get to eat by the garden next to the pool. We even got to see many wildlife animals here. Would definitely come back!!
