a few nickels short of very nice
nice selection of food for the am so why ruin it by trying to save pennies? Shredded cheese for the scrambled eggs...nice. Too bad it'd take a blow torch to melt it. Cheapest, smallest, thinnest plastic utensils made by man...tried eating scrambled eggs with the fork..might as well have used chop sticks...too small. so could be a great feature if you'd spend an extra 25 cents per customer. Ruined by you saving nickels. Rest of stay over Xmas was ok..some issues with bathroom sink and commode. I always used to look for a Hampton to stay in when on a trip. Not anymore

Overnight Birthday Stay
The hotel was very clean, easily accessible off the interstate. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold foods. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue was the noise from the trucks and traffic between 4 and 6 AM. I would still rate it a pleasurable stay.

On the plus side, it was conveniently located, mostly clean and was reasonably quiet. On the negative side, while the room temperature controls worked, the thermostat on the wall was not functional and a front desk representative had to look into this and determined that the controls on the wall unit worked and the thermostat did not function. This was a miss.

There is a nasty hotel right behind it. Someone overdosed that morning. Elevators did not work so we had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs. Over priced just because the Bills had a home game. Web said it was 4 minutes away but it was actually 20 minutes.

I stayed six nights. Elevator was not working for five of those days. My knees and legs hurt. I was on the top floor. Also, the pool was under maintainance. There should have been a deduction in the price for the room because i was under the assumption all of the amenities would be available. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were excellent. Great selection of food items and very tasty.
