Hotellet har stort potensiale, men oppholdet ble dessverre ødelagt av massiv støy fra naboens hunder gjennom hele natten og byggeplassen utenfor hotellet. Bassengfasilitetene var ikke tilgjengelig grunnet bygningsarbeid og ble en stor skuffelse. Støyen fra hundene førte til at vi ble flyttet til et annet rom, som hjalp noe. De ansatte var super på servicen og gjorde det de kunne for at oppholdet vårt skulle bli bra. Når byggearbeidet er ferdig og det er enten satt inn støyisolerte vinduer eller nabohundene er borte, så blir dette et hotell som er verdt pengene.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. The suite we stayed in was beautiful with an amazing spa bath! Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with a range of options. I liked how quiet and secluded the resort was. Although it was a little way from the main attractions, the free 'on-demand' hotel shuttle was invaluable. If you're looking for a good 4* luxury option with wonderful staff, this is the place for you. Good for families too, as we had three youngish children. N.B. At the moment there are renovations on one of the pools and a building, though there wasn't any noise while we were there.

I have been in Vietnam 9 times now and I have stayed in hotels and Airbnb. By far this is the best hotel I have I have ever stayed in. The staff hospitality and service I would say is above and beyond. They are so helpful accommodating and go out of their way to help you with whatever you request. Also I’ve had many breakfast included in hotels I’ve stayed at but The Wind gave me the best breakfast I’ve eaten. The hotel itself and the room is in a beautiful quiet location. The room is massive and very clean. Finally the owner Miss Thong she is such a nice lady and I was so happy to have met her. I would definitely recommend this place for my family and friends. I can’t wait to go back and stay in this hotel again soon. Will be back for sure!!

Location is not convenient as the hill is very steep and a lot of taxis don’t want to drive up. Hotel has free transportation service, which is helpful, but this service is not available after 6pm. Room is not well clean and well maintained. There’s construction going on, so you will hear the noises if you stay in during daytime. View of surrounding are other houses, not greenery as per hotel’s picture. The best thing is staffs are very nice and helpful.

Очень приятный и уютный отель на склоне горы в тихой части города. Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, индивидуальные завтраки, бесплатный транспорт от отеля для поездок на пляж и по городу. До пляжа пешком 15 мин, на машине около 5. Отель расположен между двумя основными пляжами. Поблизости множество кафешек и магазинов. В самом отеле также очень вкусная местная кухня, но чуть дороже уличных кафе, но при этом и качество выше. Прекрасный вид на город со склона горы, своя территория, паркинг, водопады, бассейн с детской горкой, тренажёрный зал, настольный теннис, спа салон, сауна, детская комната и площадка. Уютные номера со всем необходимым. Отель на 4 этажа без лифта, т.е. Для людей с ограниченными возможностями выбор номеров сильно ограничен. Также пешком к отелю добираться не просто из-за расположения на сколне горы, но есть транспорт от отеля и выдают телефон с местной сим-картой для его вызова.

The property was in a quiet area. However, the place was not in good condition. The A/C didn't work properly to keep the place cool. The electricity went out so many times and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. It was quite inconvenient for us to walk to the front desk and report the outgae issue.

This resorts are located in best location to reach to famouse massage shop and restaurant. Rooms are so clean and comfort. Staffs are so nice and always smiled especially thanks to “Thinkh” he is best staff in this resort and he made our stay so happy. Breakfast menus are option to choose around 8 and drinks are unlimited. Bread and fruit are good.Their cofee taste much better than outside restaurants like a cong caffee in ho chi minh. Free shuttle service and free phone rent are awesome. Once you stay in the wind resort you can use their table tennis and pocket ball tables.one thing you need to remember! If you want to go back to ho chi minh or go to mui ne you must go to bus terminal to buy ticket in advance. Sometimes tickets are soldout. Enjoy in this amazing resort!^^
