This hotel is a gem! In a perfect location, close enough to State Street to wander over for fun, but enough off the beaten path for it to be quiet. The decor is funky and cute, and the common spaces are awesome. Room was clean, towels/sheets very nice, amenities were good. Enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was a good hotel. The only problem is paid parking but its near the beach and pretty much everything. The hotel was nice to go to. Me and my coworker enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a night. After day one ..room service is available. Great for Thanksgiving.

They charge parking , on top of that they over charge me 195 for parking !! I didnt accept anything. The QR code just went into charging 195 of unapproval charges. Had to call my bank and call for fraud. The woman in the front was no help she just gave me the oh well , cant do nothing. And checking in was a pain. No internet services but they wanted us to check in on the phone.

Since this was a work/pleasure trip, I'm glad to have come across this property in downtown Santa Barbara. Very respectful staff, excellent customer service, and well located off State Street. It's ideal for families with young children, and I definitely recommend staying here.

Nicely decorated, clean rooms. But the attempt to do all checkin and checkout on a mobile app is not convenient for everyone. Neither is the understaffed lobby. The staffperson was helpful enough on the rare occasion when he was there, but he did say there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning and there was not on either day. He showed up to fix the key when I texted him, but phones break, get lost, lose their charge, etc. Some people don't even have them.
