The manager is a gentleman.We got off to a difficult star because I was late arriving and did not realise that checkin was after 2pm but also before 4 pm.However, I stayed an extra day and the manager was very helpful and kind. If you treat them with respect, they will return the respect.

Great host, comfortable stay, & close to Malpensa!

We stayed here for an overnight to be close to Malpensa for our flight. The host was excellent! Very friendly and courteous, offering to carry my girlfriend's bags to our room upon check-in. Comfortable stay and the service was excellent, will be back again.

You are better off sleeping in the streets with the dogs. The worst management you will ever encounter and the property is absolutely disgusting. No person should even sleep there.

Would not use this unit again

The unit is 12 km's away from the airport- no public transport nearby. The microwave and fridge outside the unit is not clean at all. Looks like it has never been cleaned. Shower is dirty. During the night the heating was turned off and the unit became very cold. Water in shower is also only luke warm.

L’hôtel ferme son accueil à 16 heure ce qui est une heure déjà peu commode (peu indiqué sur le site). Nous sommes arrivés en retard et le propriétaire nous a fais payer un extra de 20e ( arrivé après horaire) alors qu’il habite à l hôtel et que c étais 19 heure, en nous disant qu’il devait revenir pour nous accueillir… pas très correcte. L’hôtel est mal indiqué (feuille sur le portail) . L intérieur est très sale, le sommier du lit est bricolé avec des planches de bois, le matelas à ressort pas confortable et un vieux drap sert à recouvrir le matelas. Le sol est collant et sale, des toiles d’araignées dans les coins. De la poussière et de la saleté un peu partout. Un trou dans la porte de la salle de bain. Serviette troué également. Alors certe le prix de la chambre n’est pas cher et pour une nuit c’est qu’on souhaitait cependant ça reste un hôtel… ce qui demande un minimum de propreté du moins pour la santé des usagers. Le propriétaire est très gentil,oui, mais voir trop ce qui peu un peu déconcertant car il est intrusif… je suis désolé mais pour moi ce logement ne devrait plus être proposé sur expédia.

Alors que nous avons prévenu que nous arriverions vers 20h, soit après la fermeture du check in, le patron a refusé de nous ouvrir. Après de nombreux palabres, il nous a fait ouvrir moyennant 20 euros supplémentaires. En cash évidemment. C'est sans doute pour permettre une telle arnaque que le check in n'est ouvert que pendant 1h30 par jour !
