"We attened an event very close ny at a marina. We were able to park and walk. Hotel has a restaurant and bar, but lots of options withinn walking distsnce. Close to main street shopping with lots of shops and restaurants. Not a big deal, but we arrivrd at 1pm, check in is at 3pm. Our room was ready but they said $20 extra to check in early, we just left our truck and went out and came back later for our keys. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Its a basic hotel, we would stay again "

"We were attending a Celebration of Life on the Vineyard and wanted a less expensive option for our accommodations. We had stayed here several years ago, (before we started traveling with our dog). Cape Sands was a reasonable drive for places we wanted to visit, particularly Hyannis. It's also a reasonable drive to the Steamship Authority parking lot. Be sure to check out the view in the back. We were fortunate to overlook the lagoon and had a beautiful view of the sunrise and all the wading birds before starting our day. "

"Modern room with great beach view. Well kept heated pool with cabana bar, and 3 fire pit areas on the property. Clean throughout. Front desk staff helpful and pleasant, all shifts. A shout out to Maurice for being so accommodating, he even offered us a ride to ferry area in his personal vehicle while we were waiting for the free bus on the last day, which we gladly accepted. That kindness was exceptional and appreciated. We came in Friday on the Boston ferry and found PTown still charming, fun and friendly. We will return!"
