Dated hotel that needs more work to be enjoyable.
We stayed for 3 nights and hoped to extend our stay as the beach and views were beautiful. But the cold hot tub, cold rooms, poor wifi, and hot water that took 10 minutes to warm up made the stay less enjoyable. The staff were always friendly, but unable to help with the many deficiencies. We did have one very good meal at beachside restaurant. We enjoyed walks on the beach, but would only return if the hotel addresses the many areas which need repair.

Muy limpio y excelente servicio
Es un hotel que por los muebles parece que es de los años 60s 70s se ve que le han hecho arreglos al baño porque tiene diferentes tipos de azulejos pero en si todo limpio, el área de las albercas muy bien y muy limpio. El Buffett muy delicioso y la comida del restaurante del área de albercas riquísimo también. La playa a unos cuantos pasos. Si lo recomiendo y si volvería a hospedarme.

Doors didn’t close very well had to really slam it. No hot water when we wanted to shower. The sinks faucet and sink were broken and when you wanted to use the faucet you got a loud noice with minimal water coming out. No water pressure what so ever. Not sure if all the rooms on the 4th floor are the same, but if I ever stay there again I would definitely be asking for a room on the lower levels.

Great for families
A great place to stay for families. 3 pools. Lots of water slides and other kiddie stuff. There is even a full size carousel in the lobby! The food is actually very good. The pool water was about 95F during our early September stay.
