Not so good was put in the tower building on 12th floor.my wife terrified of heights.called office upon going to room to request getting 1st floor room even willing to pay upgrade and was office was not willing to accomodate us.we only stayed one night of 3 night getaway.ruined our weekend Bed was hard as a rock and noise all night from traffic on I4 .

Very Nice
The tower double queen room was VERY spacious, loved that room had laminate wood flooring, room was clean, beds were comfortable. The tower room is a little further away from pool than rest of hotel. There is a resort fee, but no parking fee. Hotel does not offer free breakfast, but there are on site food areas to purchase food including a Starbucks. About 10 minutes from convention center & Universal, 20 minutes from Disney World. There are complimentary shuttles to parks. Right on International Dr., so lots of restaurants/fast food around.

Beth Ann Airport Pick-Up Stay
We booked only a few days ago, we were a bit unsure of what we would see. We stayed in the tower; our room was very nice. The pool was nice, and it was heated! We thought this property was well cared for and was beautiful. For the price, for us, nothing will beat Avanti Palms. If we had one complaint it was how much time it took to check in. I wish the hotel had 2 more check-in reps available.

The nicest spot of the “Resort” was the lobby. The rooms are old and dated, the hallways were not cleaned the pools areas always had trash and old towels laying around. The people were friendly and tried to accommodate as much as they could

Will do on a budget
Budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for, I suppose. This was my second time staying here, and I was hopeful that previous conditions had been a fluke or had been improved upon. Sadly, improvement was not the case. In an excellent and convenient location and free parking is awesome, but the awesome ends there. From the elevators, to the hallways, this place always seems as though it's in a state of unfinished repair. Though clean, my room wasn't stocked with towels, so I tried to ring the desk to request. Because my phone was unlabeled, this was a frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful effort. So I redressed and walked to the front desk. The attendant seemed slightly annoyed and unapologetic about the inconvenience. Again, given the expense, I don't expect Ritz-level service, but a certain degree of hospitality should be standard.
