Everything was great. Amazing front desk service and location. Only issues were we were promised lakeview and didn't get it, bathroom smelled like pee constantly even before we got into the room, and the heat gave off a burning/coffee smell as soon as it turned on. Other than that the hotel was okay, we proved most of the bad reviews wrong.

This hotel was clean in the room. No signs of anything gross in the beds. The staff was super friendly. the decor in the hotel was cute! cons: pool was cloudy, hot tub water was cold and only had one working jet for us. definitely more humid, the rooms did not have a fan for the bathroom. being right by the water the hotel was just a bit humid.

The room I was in (2nd floor #202) was clean, quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. I requested additional coffee pods and received it. I would recommend this room, it over-look Lk MI and the fairy coming in.

We had a lake FRONT room and it was pretty awesome. Coffee on the balcony and watching ferries come and go as Arnold's pier was right next to us. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were pretty clean for an older building.

This hotel needs updated. While our room was clean and the staff was very welcoming, the air did not work unless you turned it down to 64 and some of the furniture was broken down. And this last one is no fault of the hotel but the room above us had children jumping off the bed beginning at around 6am- 10am.
