Hotel is situated in a very convenient location right across the promenade and pier. I personally felt that the bed was small for two people, but the room was maintained well with cleanliness to good standard. Lovely staff who were quite helpful with our tour plans. I particularly loved their breakfast options. Would definitely stay again if I visited the town.

This hotel is right by all of the action. The pier, open top tour buses, access to the beach and much more are all directly opposite this hotel. The food in the restaurant was lovely. The waiters were kind and one of them even gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco with our meal to celebrate my sister's birthday. They also placed candles in my sister's birthday cake without my asking. It has a nice peaceful atmosphere and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Keep up the good work!

First time staying at this hotel, chosen after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. Only difficulty is parking but we found on street parking fairly close. Our room was at the rear of hotel accessed by a lift. The room was clean and fresh and always nice and warm. Breakfast was served between 8am and 10am. Good choice on the menu served in the restaurant which was lovely. Wouldnt hesitate to book again as the hotel is in a lovely spot and convenient for all Llandudno has to offer.

Terrible parking situation but that is Wales for you, got charged £35 for dogs so you lost a star for that, and we went down for dinner and sat in a booth and was asked to move so we walked out. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and it is very dog friendly and as a bonus they give you sausages for your dogs.

Nice location, Nice hotel, Friendly staff.

The place and the staff were excellent. The only thing nagative was when booking the room for one night we chose a pet friendly hotel which was what we searched for. Paid on the site and then had to pay an additional £32.50 for our 2 dogs for one night. If we had booked a week, this would be a substantial amount of money to add on and not budgeted for.

Cosy little hotel with excellent service

I felt I was in an Agatha Christie story for the whole stay! We felt very welcome all the time, and the atmosphere was excellent. Ian offered us warm and friendly service throughout the stay. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We wish to come again, hopefully during the summer season!
