The bedding was stained as were the towels, needed to ask for new ones. The cleaning staff tried to push into the room even after we told them no. Our key cards deactivated twice. The room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being “nonsmoking”. Overall very disappointing and will not stay here again

Very weird experience, do NOT recommend

The lady at the front desk during check in had a evil aura, very unprofessional. The room was dirty, dust balls rolling around the floor, the floor was not swept or mopped. The beds were super hard and uncomfy, one of them sounded like warped sheet metal when sat on. The hotel gave very sketchy and run down, lots of trucks in the area, cops patroling the parking lot, there was an ominous ambulance out front when I arrived. It was left open with no stretcher and no EMTs in sight, when I asked the front desk if everything was okay, I was told that was a guest which is weird because why would an EMT be booking a hotel room with their work van and leave it wide open with the lights on right outside and not be in sight. If Im being honest, the hotel gives trafficking and or prostitution. With it being in such a deserted parking lot and it being cheap and it being near the airport, all the clues line up. Very very weird experience and I will never go back there.
