Should have kept scrolling!
It was a weekend away for a friend who was celebrating her bday and when we arrived I instantly knew it was an issue. There were several older bikers whistling and cat calling to me and my friend. We got to the front to check in and the front desk attendant was rude, you could tell she didn’t want to be at work. She said that my card declined and wasn’t charged but once I unlocked my card could see, she ran my card for the incorrect amount. We didn’t get any parking, breakfast or shuttle information and were literally asked “Do you want water or not”? We literally were harassed by the bikers the entire stay, to the point where another man staying there had to step in bc the men where trying to record us walking. We went to the front desk about the incident and was asked “What are we supposed to do about it!”. Even at check out the front desk attendant knew nothing, literally the worst customer service experience at any Hilton Hotel and I will not return.
