This hotel is a decaying piece of the 90s. Grungy all over the place, slow elevator that makes you wonder, and gross breakfast option.

There was no one at the front desk for a while upon arrival. Even though reservations were made online there was paperwork to fill out. It’s literally a hotel stay I’m not buying a house. The pool area is out in the open in the lobbyish area and the pool was extremely cold. The facility itself was beyond cold. Once we got to our room there weren’t enough towels. My daughter went to ask for extra shampoo and they gave her one. The facility itself is empty. No one to really see who comes in our out. It just overall was a bad experience. I will definitely never stay here again.

Housekeeping cleaned but did not replenish anything. They upcharged roommates ridiculously for University weekend and refused to discount for all of the issues
