Thomas, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Cool pod/ capsule hotel- 2nd time staying at such a facility- my goodness, with a difference! The pods were much bigger at this place as well as the shower and locker set up, also the lounge area up on the eighth floor with complementary coffee, teas and whatnot was a nice bonus as well as as an amazing view. Good place for the night!
Kevin, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very close to Subway station and busy Shinjuku, but far enough to be quiet
Barry, 9-night trip

Close to transportation. Room smelled like cigarettes and there were cigarette burns in the bedsheets

It's good for the price. Toei Oedo Line & Fumotoshin Line is 2 minute walk.
Khim Ludweig, 8-night trip

4/10 Poor

Located beside the fire station. Windows are not sound proof. Request for extra pillows denied as they don’t have any extras! No luggage storage after check out. No complementary bottles of water.

Sam, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Sang Hun, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Probably one of the best quality/price in Shinjuku. The hotel is nice with good rooms I don’t understand the bad reviews. My room 1002 was totally fine. Maybe a bit too small bathroom but for a single person works well. The only pity is that I felt like the hotel should be more clean. Nothing is clean, elevator is dirty, there’s dust everywhere in the room and the AC and Sanitizer air aren’t manteined well I suggest to not use them. If the cleaning would improve this hotel would be an amazing choice. Anyway I could handle some dust and I asked the team to clean well the room. The district is just strategic. Probably one of the best areas, well connected and steps away from Kabukicho and shinjuku avoiding the touristic mess.
Alessandro, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

Nice that they had microwaves in the room. But the rooms are tiny.
Tsugiko, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Average hotel experience. Service was friendly but the room was a bit dirty when we arrived.
Daniel, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

It would be nice if there was a place to store luggage before check in.
Patrick, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

Some staff were nice, and some not so friendly. Air conditioner leaked, and a little dirty in the room. For the price, its ok. I don't recommend this hotel chain.
Peter, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Furniture in the room was smelly and damaged. Water stains by the outside vent.
Richard, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Awful Customer Service

Arrived early but front desk wouldn’t let me leave my bags while I walked around. That immediately made me hate this hotel.
Scott, 2-night trip
