5 Star only because of the staff
I’m giving it 5 stars because of how amazing the staff treated me and the service they tried to provide. Had to switch rooms because the first rooms TV was not working. They sent the tech to come see if he could fix it but he realized maybe a bigger issue was at hand. With no issue, they switched the room for me. Got the 2nd room and had a similar issue with the TV and the tech came back up and got it working. Unfortunately, even after getting it working and on Netflix, every 2 minutes or less it would revert back to the main screen. Happened so many times I just gave up. Again, staff was extremely nice and tried their best ! In the morning I explained to the front desk who had another engineer go up with me and of course the TV was working just fine lol. Maybe just bad timing/luck.
