Never got to stay keys never worked no matter how much they changed them. No one ever answers the phone when trying to communicate the place is very rundown needs to be refurbished remodeled.

Don't do it

Had to get a last minute hotel due to travel issues booked this one right before midnight and got there after midnight only to find out that thw dpora to the lobby wrre locked it and they were closed until sunrise.

Worse place I’ve stayed

The photo they have on the website does not compare to the actual look of the place. It’s complete opposite. I was in complete shock that I forgot to take photos. We stayed for only 8 hours. The reservation was made by someone else and in less than 24 hrs of check in so we couldn’t cancel. The name of the hotel is on a banner, and that says a lot already.

Worst place ever

This place was the worst. I was there with my son and we couldn't both leave the hotel at the same time or we would have been locked out of our room because there is never anyone at the front desk. Just a sighn with a number to call and nobody answered. Then, they kept my deposite for being 15 mins past check out. Oh and there was beer cans in the drawer so I got moved to a different room that had a ton of baby spiders in it that we didn't notice till we were trying to pack our things they were crawling all over the bed....it was discusting

Refund or Credit Back

i arrived at the lobby about 10:30pm to check in and no one was there and door was closed. There was a hand written paper that said they where going to be back by 11pm and no one showed up till 11:18pm. Once i got to the room the room was not clean, there was stains in the walls and the carpet was absolutely dirty. Since it was late i stayed and the next morning when i woke up to shower i turned the water to the hot position and it did not get hot at all. I was very disappointed on my stay at Park Pointe Hotel and would really appreciate if i could get a refund or even a credit.

No hot water . Almost tepid water . No television . TV works . No channels available . Frequent nuisance events from unknown sources . Cigarettes , body order , etcetera . Maid pulled the shade down on my flowers I set in the window . I have looked forward to staying here and have never had these problems here before. The buffet has a new floor . This is the highest price I have ever paid here and the worst stay .

Abandoned looking Hotel

The outside looks like abandoned hotel that would make a good place to make a scary movie. A broken down ice maker, and TV has no cable not regular channels to watch. It's nothing like how it looks are describes on Hotel.com pictures. The room was okay inside don't stay at this Hotel look somewhere else. I'm glad I got my money back and stayed at a better Hotel

Great location! Convenience to downtown SF and SFO. Also had a fun time exploring the nearby area. Bought some See's chocolates from the nearby See's chocolate factory. Only thing that upset me the most about Pointe Park hotel is there's no running hot water. I have to take a cold shower in the morning at 51 F degree cold temperature.
