Staff member Paul, on the weekend, he was not friendly at all and instead helping me, the customer, he was eager to make my life difficult. That’s not how customer service should be at a hotel. It was a simple and small request as, to hold a UPS package I was getting to do the work I was doing in Daytona. Good thing after other phones calls I had to make I was able to resolve BUT not with him.
