There is a lot to like about this place. Large rooms, very clean, sleek designs, great rooftop bar, friendly staff, and great location. But they have some challenges on the IT side. When I received a text with my room number and a code to enter, it had me staying for two days, when in fact I had reserved the room for three days. A bit of a hassle to straighten that out. Then when I arrived, the code I have been given didn't work when I tried to enter my room. I went back to the lobby to speak to the staffer who then assigned me a different room and a different code. I should note he was very friendly and apologetic.
The parking app also had some glitches, which actually prevented me from paying for parking one night (and worrying that I would get towed). The staffer I spoke to apologized and assured me I wouldn't get towed. Maybe I just had bad luck? It's a really nice place and a great vibe, but when the staff keeps apologizing, it's obviously not perfect!
