Rooms smelled of mold and mildew. Changed rooms. Still mold and mildew. Used disinfectant spray. Charged us the day we got there then again the day we left. I was told it would be corrected but it has not its been 7 days.

Go somewhere else

When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied. After a 14 hour drive it took the staff another 20 minutes to get us a room that was cleaned. The sheets were dirty and the room was filthy. The TV didn’t work. Then when it was ‘fixed’ it never turned off. There were multiple outlets that did not work in the room. It is not an 8 star hotel as the reviews state. It’s a low quality hotel for a high price.

Room wasn't ready at 10PM. Had to wait for it to be cleaned - supposedly cleaned top to bottom in less than 5 minutes. Supposed to have a hot breakfast - there was no staff, no plates and only bacon -NO PLATES. Our room keys never worked and we had to find a staff member every time we needed back into our room

Hard and stiff!

The beds in both of my rooms were very uncomfortable! They were very firm, stiff and hard. The first room's tub was clogged and slow to drain. I made a request to change rooms. The attendant immediately changed my room. This tub was fine and drained correctly. However, the bed was hard and stiff as well! I think this hotel may need to replace the mattresses to ensure the guest's comfort.

We stayed for 3 nights. Customer service was great but everything else not so much. Our room was dirty and stinky. Some items in the room were falling apart. Vent in bathroom didn’t work and lighting in bathroom was insufficient. Pool area was dirty and stinky as well. They have breakfast every morning from 6:30-9:30 but you have to get there at 6:25 and fight with everyone just to get food. Because it’s all gone in 5 mins. They do not make any more food to put out. It was very upsetting. We had to eat breakfast elsewhere all 3 mornings. We definitely won’t be staying at another Quality Inn.

Almost perfect!

Check was simple, room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, hot breakfast was decent, coffee was decent. My ONLY semi-complaint was the morning before we checked out we woke up to find a ton of ants all over the place. And that same day, room service made our beds but didn’t put clean linens on them. This was day 3 of a 4 day stay. Other than those two issues the place was great. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot!
