We stay at a local hotel with a pool every new years eve so our son can swim and we can have a little staycation. This property was PERFECT!!!! It is close to several restaurants and the new light rail train. It had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and even our son noticed how nice everything was. We will definitely be back to this property!!!!

Great place to stay for an event. Well kept property, nice clean rooms and friendly staff. The train across the street is very handy for going into Seattle. The only negative was cold complimentary coffee and even the water for tea was lukewarm. Not a fan of making tea in the room through a coffee maker. Tea drinkers should get an option! But that’s minor details, I would stay here again!

this may just be the most run down tired hotel room i have visited in the last 8 years. It was however clean and functional with a clean bed. Perhaps slippers would be nice to protect and provide comfort from the decades old carpets. Lobby was in better condition.
