It wasn't the worst place to stay. But we had reserved a room in ground level. They could not accommodate us.

Worst service ever

We arrived at around 11:00 PM and were very rudely told our reservation had been canceled because they had overbooked by 29 rooms. They informed me that my card would be credited in 5-10 days. They offered no alternative. I called corporate complaints she was just as useless. I plan on filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office

NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE!

This was the worst Hotel experience ive ever had. The building should have been condemned. There was blood on the floor in out room and on the wall outside our bathroom, exposed wires in the bathroom, no hot water to take a shower, our room key did not work and our door did not lock. We had strangers walking into our room. There were stains on the floor and om the chair, table and bedside tables were very grimey. The tv did not work. The breakfast was horrible. Staff was not the most pleasant to work with. This place needs to be shut down. The pictures and stuff on the booking website are absolutely deceiving

There were cockroaches amd when I informed the staff, they upgraded our room. An hour after we got into the 2nd room, which also had roaches, the manager, who was higher than Hitler's gas Bill, beat on the door like she was police, woke me up, accused someone of smoking in "her" room and threw us out.
