When the manager messaged asking how the stay was going and I explained the discomfort of the beds and that one squeaked with any movement she quickly offered to move us to another room. Issue was resolved and we appreciated the friendliness of all the staff

Our room was clean, but our toilet stopped up, and we called the desk who brought us a plunger and told us after we used it to bring it back downstairs. Really, my husband did and the front desk clerk said just put it on the counter, that is disgusting. That is why they got a 3.

Room,cleanliness,amenities all excellent Front desk staff unacceptable. Poor customer service, communication, failure to notify customer of unexpected charges until checkout.
