amazing experience from start to Finish! contacted the property concierge MAURICIO REYES days before arriving and his help getting transportation took stress out of getting a ride from the airport. Mauricio's help throughout the trip made everything run smoothly! ALFREDO bar waiter / restaurant staff (egg station lady wonderful)/ was also outstanding as well as everyone at the front desk. SPA area is small, but very clean and the service is just amazing!

I have stayed here once every years for the past three and just love the stay. I like it becuase of how peaceful, quite and unique it is. The staff are great, and theres plenty of things to do while your there. One thing that they should improve is the mini fridges in the rooms. To make sure it works and keeps drinks cold.

Normally a great experience...
I have stayed her several, several times 5 times in the last three months. This time I was extremely disappointed. Mosquitoes and sewage smell filled my room. I called to get a new room and was told I would get a call back - never happened. Normally this is a nice hotel and great food and friendly staff. Make sure you book the room in the Business Class area of the hotel. It's newer and no mosquitos.

El hotel siempre nos ha gustado mucho, pero es importante darle un mejor mantenimiento a las habitaciones y a los baños en ellas. 172, URGE arreglar el baño, fuga de agua, siempre estuvo el piso mojado, la puerta no cierra, el tragaluz por el lado exterior está lleno de moho.

El cuarto del hotel está lleno de moscos o zancudos lo que significa que no está fumigado. Por lo menos en la habitación había 40 moscos, súper molesto, las paredes están manchadas de la gente que ha matado a los mosco, en General, el cuarto. Es un nido de moscos

No hay alberca en varios meses.
No nos informaron del Mantto a zonas como la alberca, y era fundamental para descansar el fin de semana. Las personas que laboran ahí en su mayoría son muy amables. Los cuartos que no son del club pueden parecer ya viejos y me tocó una coladera tapada que es súper desagradable. Sus restaurantes y bares sobresalientes de buenos.
