It was Ok. Seems like Hilton has a maintenance issue. I changed from the a downtown location to this one due to rooms not having heat. First room I was given at the Neenah location , no heat, had to change rooms.
As a business traveler, the simple things like Coffee being available in the Lobby during the evening, the coffee maker didn’t work, was never fixed. ( 6 night stay)
Trash was not taken out of the room. I normally wouldn’t say anything and just not come back. Maybe the franchise owner’s aren’t aware, maybe they don’t care.
