Frokosten klarte dem ikke å fylle opp . Så måtte vente før juice , kaffe og annet varm måltid. Tv signalene fungerte ikke på rommet, og vi var sikker bare uheldig men det dryppet fra tak pga kondens på rommet sikkert pga av varme . De glemte vaske tue etter rengjøring . Veldig fint hotell hyggelige resepsjonister . Men dessverre mer minus enn pluss

Jättemysigt hotell med trevlig personal. Vi kom till hotellet när det har varit 30+ grader i nästan 2 veckor i sträck så rummet som vätter mot kyrkan/vattnet är kokhett när vi kommer. Vi får en bordsfläkt så det går att sova ganska behagligt iaf. I övrigt ett jättefint och mysigt hotell.

Trevligt och bra läge men väldigt stökig frukost

Trevliga rum men dom börjar bli lite slitna. Bra läge i centrum, men vill du njuta av en avslappnad frukost - bo inte där. Stora hotellet har gemensam frukost med hotell u&me (de var tidigare separat). Gästerna till stora hotellet kan gå på frukost när som helst, men gästerna till u&me ska gå på timeslots. Det är ingen kontroll av vem som faktiskt är på frukosten (i teorin kan vem som helst gå in från gatan när biblioteket är öppet). Systemet funkar inte, frukosten är kaos och receptionen menar att dom "arbetar med problemet" men att de använt denna lösning länge nu.....borden torkas inte av utan är kladdiga oavsett vilken tid du går (med undantag borden på Gotthards), hälften av platserna på innertorget är barstolar eller loungeplatser med soffbord. Det är spring överallt och personalen verkar underbemannad. Ljudnivån är hög. Pga frukosten kommer vi i framtiden välja bort både u&me och stora hotellet.

Extra plus för restaturangen.

Fina rum och maten i restaturangen Gotthards krog var fantastisk. Frukosten däremot serverades på inomhustorget, där var det väldigt stökigt!
