Great place, great service, excellent spa. A couple negatives though... First, the rooms need updating. The furniture needs updating, it feels old and very, very used. Second, they need a new restaurant there. They lost "Norman's" which was a terrific restaurant and have not replaced it. The other restaurants there are adequate but not top tier like Norman's. For a place like this, that's not good.

The room was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating. The prices, however, were so exhorbitant, I won’t come back. Even though you expect higher prices, they should not be gouged just because of the name. A glass of wine and one mixed drink was 38.00. Then the “resort” fees were 38.00 each night as well as parking 38.00. Don’t you own the parking lot??? Isn’t it enough you charge app 300.00 a night for the cheap seats??? I am not poor but I’m certainly not rich, much less so after that stay. Greed is something else.

Excellent stay, our second time too. Will be back. The service is excellent. Easy check in, friendly concierge. Just wished that there was a place to grab snacks in the evening. Have to go to JW Marriott for that. The place is kept immaculate. Our favorite hotel in Orlando
