Took a half hour to check in because the system was down. The ice machine didn’t work. The gym was closed. It stormed during the night and it rained in the windows, which were very old. The breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.

We had to book last minute due to hurricane in Florida. Staff was excellent. Top notch. Helpful and friendly. We felt welcome. Nice breakfast in the morning (included). Only complaint is not their fault - rooms are lacking soundproofing. We had a room near the main road and heard the traffic and people in the hallway off and on all night.

The towels looks like they weren't clean and they were definitrly not soft. The bed was not comfortable, it felt like springs were sticking us through the mattress. The carpet was outdated and stained. The furnture needs to replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The door was coming off the hinges, No exit signs or elevator marker or DND signs for the door. On 12/23/2024, The housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door until we answered and we were resting.

Downside of Booking Before checking it out.
Disappointed in a Radisson hotel. Carpets seemed dirty. Rooms just ok. We didnt realize the was a bar right outside our room across the parking lot. The music started and was really loud. I called the front desk and the said they would call the bar which they must have because it was turned down. But the noise of people yelling and partying did not. Men in the parking lot loud and one even threw a beer bottle at the hotel. This was all in pouring rain. We didnt feel our car and items in it were safe. Called back to the front desk and they said there were cameras outside not sure if that was true or not but our car was intact the next morning. Would never stay there again.
